    At UltClip, we provide AI-powered digital services including photo and video editing tools. This Refund Policy applies specifically to purchases of Credits and Subscriptions for our digital services.

    Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing credits or a subscription, you agree to this Refund Policy.

    Digital Services Policy

    1. No Refunds on Digital Credits

    Non-Refundable: All purchases of Credits, Tokens, or Subscription plans are final and non-refundable. Since our products are digital goods that are consumed instantly, we do not offer refunds once the credits have been added to your account.

    2. Exceptions (Technical Faults Only)

    We may offer a refund ONLY if:

    • You were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a technical error
    • The system failed to deliver the purchased credits

    Note: We do NOT offer refunds for dissatisfaction with the AI's artistic style, composition, or generation quality. AI generation is probabilistic and subjective.

    3. Subscription Cancellation

    You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the remaining days in your current term, but you will retain access until the term ends.

    You can cancel your subscription at any time.

    When you cancel:

    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: You will retain full access to the Service until the subscription period you've already paid for expires
    • No pro-rated refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused subscription time
    • No automatic renewal: After cancellation, your subscription will not renew automatically
    • Credits remain valid: Any unused Credits in your account will remain available until they expire according to our credit expiration policy

    Refund Processing

    If your refund request is approved:

    • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
    • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
    • Any Credits associated with the refunded purchase will be removed from your account
    • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your payment provider

    Disputes and Chargebacks

    If you believe you are entitled to a refund but your request was denied, please contact us to discuss your case. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and in accordance with this policy.

    Please note that initiating a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to work with us directly to resolve any issues.
